Witold Siekierzyński
Marketing, public relations and market communication expert. Economic psychologist, graduated from the Department of Psychology at the University of Warsaw and completed courses with honors - London School of Public Relations, as well as Practical Rhetoric and Criticism at IBL PAN.
An academic lecturer for over twenty years, active contributor of the SWPS University in Warsaw. Among other activities, he conducts lectures and classes on communication, crisis communication and public speaking at postgraduate studies in Practical Social Psychology.
He conducts research and is in the final stage of Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies at SWPS University. The topic of his doctoral thesis is The Impact of the Presence of a Rival on Loss Aversion in Economic Decisions.
For over 25 years, as an expert, manager and independent consultant, he has been conducting and supporting numerous projects in the field of relationship marketing, loyalty programs, innovation and professional services for business.
He gained professional experience in the telecommunications and financial industries, implementing international projects, including: developing payment services for Orange and Deutsche Telekom groups.
As Spokesperson and Director of the eService (the biggest Polish payments acquirer) Communications Office, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy of the company and its subsidiaries in Poland and other Central and Eastern European countries. He is the originator and co-creator of one of the most important international studies for the payment industry - Attitudes towards payment methods and How has COVID-19 changed the shopping and payment habits of Europeans?
As one of the founders, as part of the B-Water Consulting Group, he works with companies from various sectors (insurance, medical, legal, luxury goods and specialized B2B services among others), in the areas of innovation and development of the offer, communication and marketing, as well as the development of management staff competences in the area of public speaking and crisis management.
He is passionate about photography (mainly nature), actively practices sports and reads. He enjoys being socially active, especially in the field of culture.
Robert Pogorzelski
An experienced manager with many years of experience in various aspects of business and international cooperation - professionally associated with international companies (Germany, Austria, China) since the 1990s.
He studied philosophy and economics (including management of business entities and ISZ - Information Management Systems). He managed companies (including the Polish branch of the Chinese Unigroup holding affiliated with Tsinghua University in Beijing), dealt with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities, consulted and supervised business projects in relations between Polish and foreign entities, including negotiating long-term commercial contracts .
As one of the founders of B-Water Group, he runs, among others, projects in the field of coordination of activities of employers' organizations and industry associations. Since 2015, as the operational director of the Polish Association of Installation Engineers and Technicians (PSIiTM), and then the Platform of Installation Engineers and Technicians (PIiTM), he coordinates industry activities (conferences, seminars, workshops, fairs) and supports projects related to the fields of Industry 4.0: automation and robotization of production processes and cybersecurity.
Since January 2023, he has also been the operational director of the Union of Producers and Employers of the Biogas and Biomethane Industry, where he is responsible, among other things, for the management of renewable energy projects: a series of workshops on the operation of agricultural biogas plants (nationwide) and the creation of the Industry Skills Center (BCU) in the field of renewable energy, specializing in "bioenergy".
For as long as he can remember, he has been interested in the culture and philosophy of the Far East, an enthusiast and practitioner of martial arts and sports.

Andrzej Lechowicz
More than 20 years of experience in the PR industry. In the years 2005-2014 he worked on the healthcare teams at the Hill+Knowlton and Fleishman-Hillard agencies. He carried out PR and PA campaigns for companies from the pharmaceutical sector such as: Novartis, Baxter, J&J, Abbott, GSK, Amgen, Lilly. He worked on campaigns for Philips Healthcare, including: Philips Index Study of the quality of life of Poles 2010.
He graduated in biology from the University of Warsaw, after graduation he was a lecturer at the Medical University of Warsaw, at the Department of Medical Microbiology and at the Department of Transplantology. He gained his experience in the world of PR in the 1990s at First Public Relations, and later worked at the Independent Press Agency.
At B-Water since 2014, he provides consultancy for companies and institutions from the medical and pharmaceutical industries – including the role of spokesperson. He worked on educational campaigns of the Representation of the European Commission in Poland and in educational and social campaigns "Alcohol. Always responsibly” and “A better start for your child” for ZPPPS. He conducts training in the field of media relations, crisis communication and strategic workshops and assists with the communication activities of patient organizations.
An enthusiast of board and computer games, film music and good literature. For many years, he worked on communication activities for the prestigious Janusz A. Zajdel Literary Award.
Grzegorz Michałek
He has twenty years of experience in serving corporate and institutional clients in advertising, PR and MICE agencies. He has been a freelancer since 2012. Thanks to his diverse experience, he skillfully combines competences in the areas of communication, marketing, project management and training.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw - specialization in political marketing.
In recent years, he has led communication projects related to, among others: promoting the idea of Business Angels and supporting start-ups in Poland (Konfederacja Lewiatan, Lewiatan Business Angels), educational campaigns on health and social problems (Baxter Healthcare, Novartis and the Representation of the European Commission in Poland), long-term product campaigns in the industrial and HoReCa industries ( Fluke BV, Da Grasso). Currently, he is focused on advisory and strategic activities for medical entities in the areas of otolaryngology and ophthalmology.
As a fan of fantasy and literature, he has been actively involved in the promotion of non-commercial cultural projects for many years (Polcon, Janusz A. Zajdel Literary Award).
