Absolwent prawa na UMCS, od lat 90. związany z funduszami kapitałowymi. Był zastępcą dyrektora, a następnie członkiem zarządu w Lubelskim Funduszu Kapitałowym Sp. z o.o., dyrektorem inwestycyjnym i członkiem zarządu w HALS Fundusz Kapitałowy Sp. z o.o. oraz prezesem zarządu Krajowego Funduszu Kapitałowego SA.
